Educational Activity of the Research Staff of the Dept.

• Training is being conducted of Ph. D. students  and  of Sc. D. experts for the specialties "Deformable Solids Mechanics", "Dynamics, Strength of Machines, Instruments and Equipment" and "Friction and Wear in Machines".
• Teaching activity is performed by the Department's staff at the leading Universities and at higher educational institutions of Moscow.
• On-going preparation of educational and methodological materials (textbooks, reference-books, booklets, etc.) by the specialties of the Department is under way.
• Research Fellows of the Dept. are engaged in conducting research and training the specialists at the established Research and Educational Centers (NOTs) within the frames of the Federal Target Program "Scientific and Scientific & Pedagogical Staff of Innovative Russia for 2009-2013":
• There has been implemented R & D work on State contracts No. 02.740.11.5216 of 10.06.2010 and No. 16.740.11.0451 of 13.05.2011
• The Department's research staff participated in the implementation of the Federal Target Programme "Scientific and Scientific and Pedagogical Staff of Innovative Russia for 2008-2012» on the basis of contracts with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
